"Hey I'm home early from work today." "Yay, Daddy's home!"
"Do you want to go out to dinner tonight?"
"Yes! I want to go to Chick-fil-A." (of course she does)
"I know where you want to go, How about you, Momma, where do you want to go to dinner?"
"I don't really care, but wherever we go, we should probably go now because I just realized that I never fed her lunch today."
"Aw.... You're a good mom."

Should we start a club? ;-) If I had a nickel for every time my child missed lunch....
Though, I have to say, sometimes it's her own fault. (ha, ha)

with my picky eater, I sometimes celebrate the fact she occasionally sleeps through lunch on the weekends!
