We got a good bit of snow yesterday and while I'm almost always happy to take a day off with my girls to play in the white stuff, recent events had me wishing that school was in session so I could have a minute to myself to recharge and remove the knot that's been in my stomach for a week. You'd think the school system would take my needs into account when they make those decisions, wouldn't you? Still, I took a few nice photos.

How can it snow when it's 80 degrees outside? Oh, wait. Not everyone lives in Arizona...
Those are cool photos. Or should I say cold?

The snow is always prettier when it isn't anywhere near me. These pics are awesome.

I like the chain-link fence thru the chain-link fence photo the best. Very unique.
All that one needs to complete a really mind-bending illusion is a third chain-link fence in the far background...

@Serin: Thanks!
@paws: Well at least your weather is consistant. On Monday we got six inches of snow and not only was it all melted by yesterday, but today it's shirt sleeve weather. Oh, wait... that's what I LIKE about Washington.
@Jan: Thank you!
@Chris: I can totally understand your feelings on this one. Fortunately, we don't get snow that sticks around long enough here for me to sever my love affair with the stuff. I'm sure if I lived somewhere else, I'd feel exactly as you do.
@vetsac: Oh there is one more chain link in the background and I had that exact though when I took the photo... but I couldn't get the other fence in the shot. Boo.
@Brian: I'm surprised you like them. I thought about you when I posted them and thought, Brian of all people will be the most sick of looking at snow!
