Whenever Tim Burton and Johnny Depp team up, even it it's just to clip each others' toenails, I will pay money to see that and the title of this blog should be enough to tell you about my Alice in Wonderland obsession. So how excited do you think I am for this to come out? So much so, that I am stealing these images off the web and posting them here, simply so I can go back and stare at them day after day.

Add to that a cast of characters that includes some of my favorites: Stephen Fry as the Cheshire Cat, Alan Rickman as the Caterpillar, Christopher Lee as the Jabberwock, and Crispin Glover as the Knave of Hearts and I'm simply schviting with anticipation.

Since I first saw these pics several months ago, I have been DYING for this to come out. I also, am obsessed with Alice.
On a different Alice note, I used to watch the Disney Alice in Wonderland almost everyday as a child (illegally taped of the then-new Disney channel). I was at Disneyworld last summer and hoped to stock up on some Alice paraphrenalia, and could not find any. Why has Disney stopped marketing Alice stuff with even a fraction of the frequency of some of its contemporary movies, like Peter Pan?

@Smash: I know what you mean.... last time I was at Disneyworld, I had the same experience. Do you think if we teamed up and started a campaign on our blogs we could blitz the media and force the evil empire, I mean Disney to bow to our demands and provide more Alice paraphernalia? Yeah, me either.
