Note to self: Stop telling those when I was a kid, I had to walk to school uphill both ways; put a potato in my shoes to keep my feet warm and then had to eat it for lunch stories to my kids.
"Mom, why do you like Alice in Wonderland?'"
"I don't know really. I guess I just saw it for the first time when I was about your age and I liked it."
"Wait, you saw that movie when you were MY AGE?"
"Yeah, pretty much. It's kind of an old movie"
"Well, was it in COLOR?"
"... yes, it was in color."
"And they had MOVIES back then?"
"How old do you think I am? Wait... don't answer that."
"Whatever you say."

Reminds me of the time when we had a color TV upstairs and a B&W downstairs. For some reason I sent you guys downstairs to watch television and brother got all testy about it and said he didn't want to watch tv on the B&W television. And you said to him...."Welll...(whined out his name)...when Mother was little they didn't even HAAAAVVVVVVVE television".
*sigh*
