And yes, I am that most rare of breeds: violinist/pianist/singer/percussionist. I know... it's something that God never intended -- kind of like a platypus.

Poor Beethoven. I'm going to chalk his redundancy up to a wicked sense of humor. That, or he was a government bureaucrat before he started being serious about music.
