Scene: Alice, aka me, goes into a GNC in search of fenugreek because there isn't a pharmacist in a fifty mile radius who a) carries it and b) knows what it is. (For the uninitiated to the world of breastfeeding, Fenugreek seed is widely used as a galactagogue - milk producing agent - by nursing mothers to increase inadequate breast milk supply.)

Big Burly Weightlifting Guy wearing skintight blue polo shirt who works at GNC sees me coming in, looks me up and down and points before I even have a chance to open my mouth. "It's over there."

Me: "What?"

BBWG: "What you're looking for."

Me: "Huh?"

BBWG: "You want fenugreek, right?"

Me: "Um... yeah."

BBWG points again to the same spot in the store, "It's over there."

Me: "Oh. Thanks! What tipped you off? The twenty pound car seat hanging by my side or the enormous bosom?"

BBWG: "You don't really want me to answer that, do you?"
