Feet cramps.
No, not leg cramps, which would make sense and be something that others in the state of knocked-uppedness have actually experienced.
These are feet cramps. On the tops of my feet, not the bottoms, beginning from my third and forth toes to just below where my ankle starts. Horrific, debilitating, wake me up and make me want to scream into the darkness at 3:00 am, feet cramps.
Find a solution for THAT, Dr. Google.

NOOOOOOOO WAY! Yesterday I had a 2 hour long foot cramp - both the top and arch. Maybe they are sympathy pains. I was just getting ready to consult with my partner Dr Google so I'll let ya know what I find. What the hell.

Yeah... I've got the "eat a banana" "drink some water" stuff down. We've purchased so much produce in the past month, the grocery store delivery guy is considering having us investigated for harboring an unregistered monkey in the house. And gas pills have calcium, so I think I'm all good there too. Maybe, next I investigate foot replacement?

I think that is related to the leg cramp thing. My leg cramps included foot cramps like you describe. Try eating bananas, I recall that potassium helps.

The bananas, water, and calcium just about cover my advice...except of course, heat and massage (accompanied by lots of cathartic screaming)...which I'm sure you've also tried. THe most frustrating thing is there is so little there on top of the foot to even massage. Hope it passes soon!
